FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to foundry field. Before pouring internal surface of die casting die is heated up to temperature 150-200°C and there are applied two layers of heating paint of different composition and heat conduction with rising bottom-up thickness. Liquid metal is poured into immovable cast iron metal mould through vertical wells without usage of vertically-slotted feeders.
EFFECT: there is achieved reduction of expenditure of energy and improvement of shaped casting.
