FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building field, particularly to brake arrangements. Brake pulley of band brake is implemented with three crowns, central and adjoining to it by two external crowns. Two external crowns are enveloped by additional brake bands, ends of which are directed into side opposite to ends of the first brake bands. Additionally brake bands are fixed on additional brake lever. Short haul of additional brake lever is located over elongate arm of brake lever, located under brake wheel, so, that points of fixation of brake bands at short hauls of this and additional brake levers are located diametrically opposed to each other relative to axis of brake shaft. Both brake levers, located below and from top over brake disk, are located in initial position parallel to each other and symmetrically relative to axis of brake shaft of brake and interlocked to each other by jointed torque link. Central pin hinge of torque link is located in plane, passing through axis of brake shaft, and is fixed on slider with ability of its location in mentioned plane relative to fixed on frame guides. Links of jointed torque link allows similar length and are located relative to each other at a sharp angle. Slider by means of rod is interlocked to closing and disconnection drive of brake. Link of jointed torque link is connected to additional brake lever and it is implemented as double.
EFFECT: there is achieved growth of developed by brake braking torque, excluding of bending loads on brake shaft and decreasing of its diametre, and also increasing of reliability of works of interlocked to brake mechanism.
