FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: Undaria pinnatifida and Costaria costata seaweed infusions are obtained in separate process tanks by single extracting fresh raw materials with a 40% aqueous-alcoholic solution in a weight ratio of the seaweed to the aqueous-alcoholic solution of 1:3 for not less than 5 days at room temperature. The resulting mixture (aqueous-alcoholic liquid) is cleaned with activated charcoal and added with the infusions cleaned with activated wood coal. After which the vodka undergoes postfiltration and bottling. To produce 1000 dekalitres of vodka it is required to take from 100 to 200 litres of aqueous-alcoholic solution of Undaria pinnatifida, from 100 to 200 litres of aqueous-alcoholic solution of Costaria costata and aqueous-alcoholic liquid for the rest.
EFFECT: improving physicochemical parametres of vodka due to reducing the content of toxic substances below their detection threshold, bioactive properties and simplification of the method.
