FIELD: metallurgy.

SUBSTANCE: power is supplied to plasma arcs of multitude of plasmatrons located circumferential over oxide melt located in annular capsule with ceramic bottom and metallic walls. By means of connection of internal wall of capsule to the source of power supply of direct current in capsule it is created round flow of melt and it is removed contraction of arcs. Additionally there are created conditions for increasing of velocity of metal reduction, achieving of high grade of averaging of its composition and implementation of different technological abilities of separate plasmatrons.

EFFECT: invention provides creation of resources-economy with improved ecological properties plasma restorative aggregation to large-tonnage fabrication of iron, steel and alloys of complex composition from oxide raw material of mineral and technogeneous nature.
