FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to dentistry and can be applied in treating parodentium diseases with using a guided tissue regeneration technique. A coronal portion of a tooth within a bone defect is sawed down at 2 mm lower or higher than a level of zino line respectively depending on upper or lower jaw whereto belongs. An endodonto-endosteal implant is screwed in, and its portion above the root shall fit the height of the level of sawed down coronal portion. An osteo-replacing material mixed with the patient's autoblood prepared in the operation is introduced into bone cavities. An alveolar bone with a root of tooth and the endodonto-endosteal implant inserted therein is closed with a resorbed membrane. In 60 days after the operation, the tooth with the inserted implant is opened to form a gingival papilla. In 2 days thereafter, a suprastructure is placed on the endodonto-endosteal implant for the following fixation of a fixed orthopedic structure.
EFFECT: method allows improving biomechanical indicators of dental-parodontal complex.
