SUBSTANCE: to evaluate risk of reproductive dysfunction in women working in petrochemical production and exposed to the combined complex action of chemical substances, DNA is recovered from lymphocytes of peripheral venous blood, that is followed with genetic typing of polymorphism A2455G and T3801C of CYP1A1 gene and -163C/A and -2467delT of CYP1A2 gene. CYP1A1*2A haplotype, *1A*1A genotype of polymorphic loci -163C/A and -2467delT of CYP1A2 gene, CYPJA2*ID haplotype observed ensure to predict development of sterility. While CYP1A2*1L haplotype observed allows predicting resistance to sterility formation in working women.

EFFECT: application of the invention allows obtaining prognostic criteria of sterility development or resistance on the basis of molecular-genetic markers in women working in petrochemical production.
