SUBSTANCE: device includes elongated body with through longitudinal holes on at least part of length, binding means, representing bone material, and screws for connecting elongated body to lower jaw bone. Elongated body is provided with perforated element of flute-like shape. Binding substance in fixing position is located inside perforated element of flute-like shape.
EFFECT: invention allows to restore integrity of lower jaw reliably, without repeating operation.
