FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: patient is placed is horizontal position on hard basis, supporting upper part of body with axillary creases, and pelvis with lower extremities on bed with possibility of longitudinal movement on basis. Successively after each 10° basis head end is raised to vertical position. Inclination of basis and body is realised, keeping in each position minimally 20 seconds and maximally 2 minutes. In vertical position body is held during 3-15 minutes. Head end of basis is lowered in reverse sequence, keeping in each position during 20-60 seconds. First procedure is carried out with head end raised with maximal time in each position. Is held in vertical position during minimal time. Last procedure is carried out at raising - with minimal, and in case of holding in vertical position - with maximal time of holding. Sessions not less than 5 days, with two and more procedures per day with intervals not less than 3 hours. After session patient lies 5-15 minutes, then removable half-hard corset is put on.
EFFECT: method allows to select step dosed time of traction.
