FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to machine building, particularly to methods of assembling crank mechanisms with rolling elements. The rollers with synchronising gears are installed between contact surfaces of a crank and a slider for assembly of the crank mechanism. The gears engage tooth racks of contact surfaces of the crank and the slider. False racks are attached to surfaces of the rack and the slider; the false racks lengthen the tooth racks of both the crank and the slider. The rollers between the false racks of the slider and the false racks of the crank are arranged at specified distance between them; the rollers are rolled into engagement of the crank and slider between their contact surfaces by moving the slider towards the crank.
EFFECT: simplification of design of crank mechanism, its increased reliability and resource.
