FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: in microwave device, output resonator includes first double-gap resonator (DGR) and second one positioned inside the first one, so that high-frequency (HF) gaps of second DGR are positioned between HF gaps od the first DGR. First DGR is set for anti-phase (AP) oscillation with frequency ω1=ω and for in-phase (IF) oscillation with frequency ω2=2ω, second DGR is set for AP oscillation with frequency ω3 multiple of ω, so that ω3>2ω, and for IF oscillation with frequency ω4=2ω3. Microwave energy output from first DGR is performed at ω1 and ω2 frequencies over first coaxial transmission line (CTL), and microwave energy output from second DGR is performed at ω3 and ω4 frequencies over second CTL. Third DGR set for AF oscillation with frequency ω5 multiple of ω, where ω5>ω3, ω5≠ω4, and for IF oscillation with frequency ω6=2ω5 can be added into second DGR, so that and microwave energy output from third DGR is performed at ω5 and ω6 frequencies over third CTL. In order to improve efficiency of electron flow grouping and performance factor, at least one intermediate resonator of microwave device can include two or three DGR, where first DGR is set for AP oscillation with frequency ω1 and for IF oscillation with frequency ω2, second DGR is set for AP oscillation with frequency ω3 and for IF oscillation with frequency ω4, and third DGR is set for AF oscillation with frequency ω5 and for IF oscillation with frequency ω6.
EFFECT: simultaneous obtainment of microwave oscillations at microwave device output with four or more frequencies multiple of input signal frequency.
