FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to surgery and can be used for providing access to place of disease. It contains case from two parts with retractors, installed on a rack. Rack is fixed to operation table bar. Parts of case are installed separately on faceted surfaces of rack by means of couplings. On case parts threaded holes are provided for installation of forks for rest of screws with nuts provided with handles, intended for regulation of wound opening by means of fixed on screws retractors. Threaded holes are also intended for fixation of regulated retractor for intestine displacement. On upper part of rack handle installation is provided by means of grapping clamp of conic coupling with hook-like handle fixer. At the end of handle fixed is replaceable retractor which makes it possible to change direction of displacement of gastro-intestinal tract organs.
EFFECT: device ensures selection of retractor location, smooth regulation of retractor operation, displacement of intestine and operative correction of organ displacement.
