FIELD: machine engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine engineering and can be used in the low-speed gears with coarse-pitch tooth-wheels lubricated with liquid lubricants by immersion. A tooth-wheel contains a body, a pair of circumferential linings fixed on the body ends theouter diameter of which is equal to the circumferential diameter of the tooth ring vertices, and a tooth ring made of hollow teeth. Each tooth is made of a pair of curved plates forming the lateral teeth surfaces and fixed between the inner ends of the annular linings. There is a through window in the plate forming an outrunning lateral surface during the wheel rotation at its junction with the wheel body, whose width is equal to the plate width, and the window height is equal to the outside section of the tooth surface, calculated for this wheel. The second plate is provided with the L-shaped element, which width is equal to the width of this plate. One flange of the element is fixed to this plate in the area of the circumference of the tooth ring vertices to form a gap between the element and the first plate. Another flange is oriented toward the wheel body to form a gap against it, and the magnitude of this gap is commensurable with the first plate window height.
EFFECT: tooth-wheel manufacturing technology which improves the quality of its lubrication.
