FIELD: machine engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine engineering and can be used in the low-speed gears with coarse-pitch tooth-wheels lubricated with liquid lubricants by immersion. A tooth-wheel contains a body, a pair of circumferential linings fixed on the body ends theouter diameter of which is equal to the circumferential diameter of the tooth ring vertices, and a tooth ring made of hollow teeth. Each tooth is made of a pair of curved plates forming the lateral teeth surfaces and fixed between the inner ends of the annular linings. There is a through window in the plate forming a lateral surface during the wheel rotation at its junction with the wheel body, whose width is equal to the plate width, and the window height is equal to the outside section of the tooth surface, calculated for this wheel. The flange of the L-shaped element oriented in the direction of the wheel body, is made equidistantly to the first plate, and the gap magnitude between the flange and the wheel body is commensurate with the first plate window height.
EFFECT: improving quality of the tooth-wheel lubrication is provided.
