FIELD: machine engineering.
SUBSTANCE: gear wheel comprises a body, a pair of annular lining, reinforced at the ends of the body, and a ring gear, each tooth is made of a rectangular plate, bent on tooth profile, the design for the wheels; reinforced plate between the pads and the annular body to the wheels. Every second ring gear tooth is formed to both side surfaces having a height equal to the gear ring and secured at their lower ends to the wheel body. In other ring gear teeth between one of the two side surfaces of each tooth of the wheel and the body to the wheel, the body is formed a gap width equal to the width of the toothing. This arrangement is made with alternating gaps in the arrangement of impinging and backward side surfaces of the teeth with respect to each one of the two directions of rotation of the wheel.
EFFECT: improving the quality of the gear wheel lubrication.
