FIELD: machine engineering.
SUBSTANCE: gear wheel comprises a body, a pair of annular plates and a ring gear, made of hollow teeth. Each tooth is made of a pair of curved plates forming the lateral gears surfaces and fixed between the inner ends of the annular linings. The plate forming wheel during rotation anticipatory side surface portion at its junction with the wheel body along the through hole of the plate width. The second curved plate is provided with a T-shaped element width equal to the width of the second curved plate. One flange element is fixed to the second curved plate in the area of a circle with a toothing peaks define a gap between the L-shaped element and the first curved plate, and the other of its shelf oriented towards the body of the gear to form a gap relative thereto. The width of the through holes constituting the through-window is equal to the width of the first curved plate, the height is equal to the height of the through window portion of the non-working tooth flank, calculated for a given gear. Shelves of T-shaped element is oriented in the direction of the gear body and is formed equidistant first curved plate, and the height of the shelf is set to provide a gap between the end of the shelf from the gear body and the minimum upper level of the lubricating oil bath material.
EFFECT: improved quality of gear wheel lubrication.
