FIELD: heating.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to power engineering. Proposed circulating water cooling plant comprises dry water cooling tower, compressor, Ranke-Hilsch tube with inlet tangential, central outlet and peripheral outlet branch pipes, and gas turbine fitted on one shaft with electric generator. Note here that Ranke-Hilsch tube outlet branch pipe communicates with compressor outlet, Ranke-Hilsch tube central outlet branch pipe is communicated with dry cooling tower inlet, while Ranke-Hilsch tube peripheral outlet branch pipe is communicated with has turbine inlet. Note also that combustion chamber communicated with fuel pump is arranged on pipeline communicating Ranke-Hilsch tube peripheral outlet branch pipe with gas turbine.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of dry water cooling tower, no dependence of circulating water cooling upon external conditions.
