FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to surgery, and can be used for preparation to abdominal operations, extraction of purulent and other masses. Device comprises a base, a moving part axially attached to the base, interchangeable matrixes, loose punches and change trays for catheter placement. The change trays are located in the middle of apertures, at external faces of the matrixes. The base has the thread inserted matrixes with various inner diametres. Working faces of the matrixes and the axis are located in the same plane. The moving part accommodates the thread inserted loose punches with the working diametre equal to the matrix apertures. The loose punches pass through the aperture centres of the working faces in the matrixes.
EFFECT: device provides perforation of the catheter with apertures of various diametres, adaptation for perforation of various catheters, ease catheter placement in the aperture centres in matrixes.
