SUBSTANCE: detecting element of a sensor of physical quantities with reflecting structures consists of an acoustic line on the surface of which there is at least one device for converting an electromagnetic signal to mechanical deformation and mechanical deformation to an electromagnetic signal and at least two reflecting structures. The reflecting structures lie on two sides of the converter and have different Dirac responses. The reflecting structures lying on one side of the converter have maximum reflection coefficient at the same distance (with accuracy of up to 10%) from the converter for which reflecting structures on the other side of the converter have minimum reflection coefficient.
