SUBSTANCE: passive identification mark on surface acoustic waves with resonator is related to the field of metering equipment and may be used in instrument-making and machine building for simultaneous identification and measurement of physical values of deformation, pressure, forces, acceleration, temperature and displacement. Passive identification mark on surface acoustic waves with resonator consists of piezoelectric cell plate, on one side of which interdigital transducers are formed together with groups of reflecting structures that form identification code. At that part of groups of reflecting structures together with interdigital transducer forms resonator on surface acoustic waves for measurement of environmental parameters.
EFFECT: reduction of linear dimensions of passive identification marks on surface acoustic waves and expansion of their functional resources.
