SUBSTANCE: method enables to avoid distortion of analytical signals arising from overfilling of pixels with charges and their spreading to neighbouring pixels of photosensitive lines by putting local light flux attenuators near the pixels, as well as selection of an attenuation value of the spectral light flux for separate photosensitive lines, for which fluctuation of analytical signals approaches noise of pixels of photosensitive lines. The selected conditions for detecting analytical signals in a spectrometer enable to obtain non-distorted analytical signals at the output.
EFFECT: wider range of determined content of chemical elements, increased accuracy and sensitivity of emission spectral analysis.
