FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to medical equipment. The device comprises an elongated flexible element and polymer framed plot containing a lot of light emitters. At that the elongated flexible element has a distal end and proximal end and its dimensions and size are made so to fit and move inside the framework cavity. Light emitters are electrically connected together without use of wired connections and perform a function of radiation of electromagnetic radiation in one wavelength range of the radiation. Polymer framed plot is made in size and dimension so that it can fit and move inside the framework cavity and can be placed near the proximal end of the elongated flexible element. In this case, at least a part of the polymer framed plot is partially transparent to electromagnetic radiation in a specified range of wavelengths. Light emitters are distributed along the section of length of the polymer framed plot section so that the next consecutive row adjacent light emitters are located opposite each other and with partial overlap, with each of a number of light emitters has at least two outputs and these outputs are respectively rejoined to relevant output of preceding light emitter and corresponding output of the following of the light emitters without any intermediate electrical routes. In another embodiment of the device plenty of light emitters are interconnected without use of substrate where the routes are placed. Connection is carried out through a variety of interelement connectors in such a way that each of the interelement connector is connected to the output of one of the light emitters and is connected to the output of another of the light emitters. To produce the device according to the first version of embodiment a number of light emitters are electrically connected without use of wired connections, they are held in a polymer framed plot, and the polymer framed plot and the elongated flexible element are physically connected. The connection of radiators is in close jointing of outputs of light emitters with an appropriate output, at least one next consecutive adjacent light emitter with help of electroconductive adhesive, without any transitive electrical route, at that the light emitters are placed mutually opposed with partial overlap.
EFFECT: use of inventions enables to increase design flexibility for light emitters and provide compactability of the device.
