FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: aggregate consists of stationary module including stationary chamber with system of vacuumising, electric holder with vacuum sealing, power source, consumable electrode-scull and four movable modules consisting of vacuum chamber, vacuum-tight sliding shutter, water-cooled crucible and crystalliser; also additionally it is equipped with separately arranged stationary technical sectors: sector of ingot and scull cooling, sector for disassembly of movable module, sector of assembly of movable module; also stationary module is equipped with mechanism of movable module vertical hoisting and joining. The stationary module is successively coupled with stationary process sectors by means of surface ways arranged along a closed trajectory. The movable modules travel step-by step along these ways. Notably, the movable modules are additionally equipped with a mechanism of crucible tilt, mechanism of sliding shutter rotation and with a system of helium supply.
EFFECT: safety of process due to arrangement of main and auxiliary operations in separate maximally optimised places.
