FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to installation for production of melt iron. The installation consists of at least one reactor of reduction with a fluidisated layer wherein iron ore is reduced and plasticised and of a melting furnace-gasifier whereto there is loaded reduced ore with introduction of oxygen and production of melt iron. Also the installation consists of a line supplying reducing gas coming out the melting furnace-gasifier into the reactor of reduction with the fluidisated layer. A cyclone for collecting fine dispersed iron ore is installed in the reactor of reduction with the fluidisated layer. A gas injector preventing adhesion of fine dispersed iron ore is connected to the cyclone by means of introducing carbon containing gas into the cyclone. The gas injector includes a line of gas supply which, when connected to the cyclone, runs along vertical axis via an upper part of the reactor of reduction with the fluidisated layer. The line of gas supply envelopes the cyclone and can have spiral shape or part of it can have a shape of a spring.
EFFECT: improvement of installation for production of melt iron.
