SUBSTANCE: disclosed here invention refers to production of melt iron. One of the versions of the installation consists of reactors of reduction with a fluidisated layer for reduction of fine dispersed iron ore into reduced iron, of a charge hopper, wherefrom fine dispersed iron ore is supplied into the reactor of reduction with the fluidisated layer, of a charge line of fine dispersed iron ore directly connecting the charge hopper with each reactor of reduction with the fluidisated layer, of an unloading line of fine dispersed iron ore connected with each reactor of reduction with fluidisated layer in the middle or in an upper part of the fluidisated layer, of a melting furnace-gasifier whereto lump carbon containing materials and reduced iron are loaded and oxygen is supplied, and wherein melt iron is produced, and of line of reducing gas supply from the melting furnace-gasifier to the reactors of reduction with the fluidisated layer.
EFFECT: facilitating stability of installation operation due to fast charging and unloading fine dispersed ore.
