SUBSTANCE: installation for production of melt iron consists of at least one reducing reactor with fluidised layer wherein iron ore is processed into reduced materials by method of reduction and plasticisation, of melting furnace-gasificator whereto reduced materials are charged and oxygen is supplied for production of melt iron and of supply line of reduction gas coming out of melting furnace to reduction reactor with fluidised layer. The reduction reactor with a fluidised layer is equipped with gas injectors arranged at preset space one from another and surrounding the reactor with a fluidised layer. Via these injectors gas is supplied to the reactor with a fluidised layer to remove stagnant layers.
EFFECT: improvement of installation and reduced expenditures.
