SUBSTANCE: dispenser device for flexible sheet materials rolls each of them having a spindle tool extending in the axial direction outwards, outside its ends, wherein the first roll is in the dispensation position. The dispenser device additionally contains an incomplete roll position designed so that to enable receipt of the first roll having been consumed to a level specified. On both sides of the incomplete roll position retainers are arranged retaining the spindle tool inserted in each end of the roll. The retainers are designed so that to enable simultaneous release of the spindle tool when the dispenser device is opened.
