SUBSTANCE: pharmaceutical composition contains a concentrate and an accessory solvent (a cosolvent). The concentrate contains a pharmaceutically effective amount of docetaxel, an appropriate solvent which is preferentially presented by ethanol, a surface-active agent presented by Polysorbate 80 and a pharmaceutically effective amount of an appropriate buffer solution. The accessory solvent (the cosolvent) consists of an aqueous solution of a pharmaceutically effective amount of Polysorbate 80 and an accessory applicable organic solvent and/or a pharmaceutically effective amount of an appropriate buffer. The invention also includes a method for preparation of a pharmaceutical composition to be used for the tumour growth inhibition.

EFFECT: preparation under the invention shows tolerable chemical and physical stability.
