FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: proposed cutter plate has two flat parallel face surfaces. Note here that through hole runs through each said surface to receive fastening screw. Both face surfaces converge, on the side of their short side edges, with round end edges, each being limited by cutting edges on its end. At least a part of cutting edges features stepped shape with two convex sections and one concave section. Note here that outer convex section covers the angle of 180°.
EFFECT: expanded performances.
