FIELD: transport.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to railway equipment, particularly to on-line measurement and registration of running train car parametres. Proposed system comprises car load take-up device 2, force-to-signal converters 5-8, measurement unit 9 and computer-based work station 10. Force-to-signal converters 5-8 are connected to measurement unit 9 connected to computer-based work station 10. Load take-up device 2 is coupled with track rails and mounted on solid base 1 via force-to-signal converters 5-8. System additionally comprises recorder 11 of train running unit, car number reader 12 and car mark reader 13 connected to computer-based work station 10. Load take-up device 2 of wheel pair is arranged so that to eliminate interferences between wheels of said pair.

EFFECT: on-line control of parametres of running train and every train car.
