FIELD: electricity.

SUBSTANCE: in the known SHF phase changer containing two transmission lines with equivalent wave impedances of which one line is intended for SHF signal input and the other - for SHF signal output, two field transistors with Schottky barrier junction, equal inductances and capacities, transmission line segment is additionally introduced. Its length is equal to eighth of wave-length at the centre of operating bandwidth and its wave impedance is equal to wave impedance of input transmission line. At the same time, one end of mentioned transmission line segment is connected with output transmission line and with one end of capacitance; the other end of each capacitance is connected respectively with drain of each field transistor with Schottky barrier junction and with one end of each inductance the value of which is determined from mathematical expression depending on medium frequency of operating bandwidth and output capacitance of transistors.

EFFECT: lowering direct SHF losses, voltage standing-wave factors at input and output and operating bandwidth expansion.
