SUBSTANCE: proposed method comprises generating plasma using inert gas or gas mix consisting of inert gas and active gas, feeding produced plasma to porous body at flow rate related to porous body surface area unit and varying from 0.002 to 2 l/min/cm2, drawing porous body through in atmosphere of plasma or drawing porous body through on feeding plasma on feeding plasma at said rate.
EFFECT: higher efficiency.
