FIELD: engines and pumps.
SUBSTANCE: proposed two- or four-stroke ICE with spark ignition runs on poor mixture and features high thermal efficiency and high-quality power control. Engine incorporates indirection injection combustion chamber and flow passage. Note here that combustion chamber shape allows air jet that swirls along spiral and combustion chamber periphery in engine stroke. Fuel injected into combustion chamber is directed into air jet to facilitate its fast evaporation. Fuel injector position and orientation allow fuel to get into spark plug zone even in idling, while swirled flow allow fuel mix lamination in spark plug zone. Engine compression ratio can vary and second injector can be sued.
EFFECT: higher thermal efficiency in partial load conditions.
