FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: device has optically connected source of coherent optical radiation, optical system, beam splitter, reflector, rigidly attached to the surface of the inspected object, and a photodetector. The device also has a supporting plate with a central hole, attached to the base by a device for adjusting and fixing its position. The photodetector is rigidly attached to the inner surface of the plate facing the surface of the inspected object, and there is a hole in the photodector which is coaxial with the hole in the plate. A conical housing is mounted with possibility of adjusting and fixing the position through flanges of the big base. On the flange of the small base of the conical housing, the beam splitter is rigidly attached and by one end of an elastic opaque memberane, made in form of a ring and resting by the opposite end on the surface of the inspected object. On the outer surface of the plate, with possibility of adjusting and fixing the position, there is a cylindrical housing inside of which there is a source of coherent optical radiation and an optical system.
EFFECT: easy preparation for taking measurements and high accuracy of measurement results.
