FIELD: measuring equipment.

SUBSTANCE: device contains a device (2) fixed on the base (1) for adjustment and fixing of its position relative to the surface (12) of the object (13), a cylindrical case (4) connected to it, in the internal cavity (5) of which there is a source (6) of coherent optical radiations and an optical system (8) focusing radiation (31) to the surface (12) of the object (13) with devices for adjustment and fixing of their position (7) and (9), the support beam (14) made as composite from the same cylindrical elements (28), a lightproof protective case (19) with a window (20), installed as capable of moving along the support beam (14), in the internal cavity (21) of which there is a beam splitter (22) and a reflector (23), rigidly fastened among themselves, and a screen with devices for adjustment and fixing of their position (24) and (26). On the ends of the cylindrical case (4) and the support beam (14) facing the surface (12) of the object (13) there is a rotary hinge (10) installed, and between them there is a device for adjustment and fixing of the position (30) of the support beam (14) relative to the cylindrical case (4).

EFFECT: decrease in labour input of preparation for carrying out of measurements and increased accuracy of results of measurements.
