FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to winding of tape material. Machine for production of rolls comprises first reeling roller and concave plate. Plate passes around first winding roller. First reeling roll and concave plate form channel to feed tape material. Upstream from concave plate is movable element. Movable element has clamping surface interacting with first winding roller. Movable element is located and is adjusted so that to be fed to surface of first winding roller and slow band material between moving element and surface of first winding roller. Method of winding of tape is fed material around first roller. First roll is wound. After winding of first roll are broken belt material with help of movable element. Wound around an initial part of tape material forming nucleus of second roll. Transmitting nucleus of second roll of movable element to channel between first winding roller and concave plate.
EFFECT: possibility of winding without core; higher quality of winding.
