FIELD: engines and pumps.

SUBSTANCE: acoustic electronic micro-pump is intended to move low volumes of liquid and can be used in microanalytical systems analysing low volumes of liquid, e.g. at investigation of water quality. Acoustic electronic micro-pump consists of not less than one acoustic electronic converter. Acoustic electronic converters are installed on hollow tube which is acoustic line. Acoustic electronic converter can be formed on edge of the tube. On the latter there can be formed a chamfer. Acoustic electronic converter can be formed on outer surface of tube and closed along the tube guide.

EFFECT: increasing temperature range of pumped liquid, decreasing overall dimensions of micro-pump.
