FIELD: measurement equipment.

SUBSTANCE: sensitive element for temperature measurement consists of piezo-board 1, on the surface of which there formed is at least one interdigital converter 3 and at least four reflecting structures. At least two reflecting structures 4 are located at an angle different from zero to pins of interdigital converter 3 and at least one reflecting structure is located outside the area restricted with aperture of interdigital converter and distance between the most remote reflecting structures 2 located on one axis crossing the pins of interdigital converter 3 at a right angle.

EFFECT: improving temperature measurement accuracy owing to using properties of two directions of propagation of surface acoustic wave.
