SUBSTANCE: invention refers to the field of medicine, namely to angiographic diagnostics of microvascular blood flow. Phase-contact MR angiography (pMRA) is carried out for examined area with value of parametre S of more than 0.00156, identified according to the following formula: where TE is time echo (ms), St is slice thickness (mm), Mx is matrix capacity. Then optical density of examined and background areas is identified. If optical density of examined area is higher than the background one, higher microvascular blood flow is registered, and if optical density of examined area is below background one, lower microvascular blood flow or its absence is registered.

EFFECT: increased accuracy and validity of diagnostics examination.
