FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: device contains split case consisting of upper and lower parts interconnected by means of thread and equipped with branch for removal of product, of shaft installed in upper part of case and positioned in bearing block, of upper and lower rotor wheels and of movable disk with rims mounted on shaft, of partition between upper rotor wheel and movable disk, of fixed disk with concentric arranged rims installed on lower part of case, of channels cut in surfaces of rims, and of ejector with branches for input of processed medium and for suction of air attached to lower part of case. The lower part of the case bearing the fixed disk travels in vertical plane. The rims of movable and fixed disks correspond to isosceles trapezium in front cross section. The disks have two rows of rims during rotation periodically overlapping channels cut on their surfaces. Between the rims of the movable and fixed disks there is made a gap size of which diminishes with medium motion to outlet.

EFFECT: raised efficiency of high concentrated suspensions processing.
