SUBSTANCE: crystalliser comprises teeming ladle with barrel and vertical crystalliser. The latter is formed by two working walls with inclined top and bottom sections of working surfaces and another pair of reciprocating working walls. Vertical surfaces that make crystalliser chamber are arranged on aforesaid inclined surfaces. Height "H1" of vertical surface located atop the inclined plane is related to height "H2" of the wall inclined section by relation H1/H2=0.15-0.25.
EFFECT: higher reliability and efficiency.
