FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: procedure for treatment of conjugated surfaces of steel and/or iron parts consists in forming layer out of non-ferrous metal or alloy on conjugated surfaces by method of electro-erosion alloying, in additional application of wear resistant circular sections of coating out of hard alloys with high coefficient of friction on this layer by method of electro-erosion alloying and in forming transition layer, micro-hardness of which is less, than micro-hardness of base of part. The layer out of non-ferrous metal or alloy is applied at power of discharge 0.01-0.63 J; the circular sections of coating out of hard alloys are applied with an electrode-tool out of hard alloys of groups of tungsten carbides and/or titanium carbides at interval 4-6 mm at discharge power 0.01-0.63 J.
EFFECT: increased strength, reliability and service life of fixed connections with maintaining their required pressure tightness.
