Ornithopter has engine, two pairs of wings arranged on both sides of Ornithopter and coupled with engine power shaft, manual steering handle to control the position of control rods aligned with guide grooves of drums moving along power shaft lengthwise axis. Drums are connected with said pairs of wings by bars.
EFFECT: higher maneuverability.
