SUBSTANCE: method envisages cleaning crude alcohol or wash distillate of head admixtures in the epuration column, epurate rectification in the rectification column with extraction of fusel oil, fusel alcohol, non-pasteurised alcohol and rectified alcohol fractions which is extracted from the 22th - 30th plates counting from the top of the rectification column with non-pasteurised alcohol removed from the industrial cycle.
EFFECT: invention enables production of high quality rectified alcohol due to methanol content reduction.
