FIELD: heating.
SUBSTANCE: combined heat and power plant with an open cogeneration system containing a steam turbine with a condenser, return and direct heating water pipelines, low and high pressure network heaters, chemical water treatment, vacuum deaerator, raw water pipeline, heated raw water pipeline, raw water recirculation line with a two-way valve and a pump, an additional raw water heater, a recirculation control system connected by pulse lines equipped with a flow meter and a temperature sensor with the raw water pipeline and the recirculation valve. The outlet of the heat exchange surface of the condenser is connected by the heated raw water pipeline through the two-way valve, chemical water treatment and vacuum deaerator with the return heating water pipeline, and is also connected with the inlet of the heat exchange surface of the condenser through the recirculation line. The cold raw water pipeline is connected with the recirculation line through an additional heat exchanger connected with the direct heating water pipeline through the low and high pressure network heaters.
EFFECT: heating of cold raw water in an additional heat exchanger provides a possibility to maintain the required temperature of raw water in the winter mode prior to chemical water treatment, increase the power of a steam turbine, the electricity production in the heat-end mode operation and the efficiency of the combined heat and power plant.
