FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: cellular element (1) in system of exhaust gas breathing used in vehicle has at least partially ceramic cellular structure (2) through which fluid medium runs; structure is installed in tubular jacket (3) and has cavities (4). In lengthwise direction (10) cellular element is divided at least into two axial separate sections (11, 12, 13). Also, cellular structure (2) is connected with tubular jacket (3) on axial fastening section (11). At axial section (12) of sensor location in cellular structure (2) there is made seat (14) for sensor (8).
EFFECT: owing to preferably power or geometrical locking, connection of cellular element between tubular jacket and ceramic cellular structure on fastening section possesses high durability; also, there is achieved efficient prevention of further damage in section of sensor location despite of presence of sensor seat in cellular structure.
