SUBSTANCE: invention relates to regenerative medicine, physiotherapy. Method includes massage, exercise therapy in swimming pool, underwater-vertical traction of lower extremity joints and spine, magneto-therapy, thermo-treatment, balneotherapy. Underwater-vertical traction is realised by suspending load symmetrically on each foot and on waist. In case of hip joint arthrosis load is placed on 5-10 cm above knee, in case of arthrosis of knee joints, 5-10 cm above ankle joint, in case of arthrosis of ankle joint load is suspended on feet. During treatment course gradual growth of load value on each foot from 2 to 3-5 kg, and on waist - from 2 kg to 10-15 kg is provided with preservation of maximal load for some days with following gradual reduction to 2-4 kg on each foot and to 4-8 kg on waist. After load removal patient is left in water in suspended condition under own weight for 10-15 minutes. After 1-1.5 hours, magneto-therapy is carried out. Then realised is thermo-treatment with paraffin-ozokerite applications on joints and waist-sacral area of spine every second day, alternating them with balneotherapy with hydrogen sulfide or bishophite baths. Treatment is carried out in courses in amount 1-4 with 6-8 month interval between them.

EFFECT: method ensures treatment efficiency due to increase of joint locomotor function.
