DEVICE FOR CLEANING FLUID USING FILTRATE Russian patent published in 2011 - IPC B01D29/01

Abstract RU 2415695 C1

FIELD: process engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to cleaning fluids of dispersed impurities, and may be used in treatment of drinking water, industrial and household effluents. Proposed device comprises chamber incorporating initial fluid feed and purified fluid discharge appliances, perforated filtration surface arranged to allow fluid flow passage there through, gas distributor arranged in filtration surface zone and made up of device intended for combining gas jets. Gas distributor, filtration surface and gas distributor relative position are selected to allow propagation of gas bubbles originating in fluid on feeding gas therein over filtration surface area on its side facing incoming fluid flow.

EFFECT: higher degree of purification.
