SUBSTANCE: in the method of steam generation which comprises fuel burning, contacting of gaseous products of fuel burning with the water containing medium and removal of the formed steam, the fuel is hydrogen mix with oxygen or with air at the ratio of hydrogen and oxygen in the named mix providing its burning in the explosion mode, the contacting of gaseous products of fuel burning is provided with the water containing medium by their injection under surface of the water containing medium with formation in it of steam-gas bubbles and subsequent separation from the named steam bubbles at achievement by them of the water containing medium surface. The essence of the declared device is that in the device for steam generation containing at least one combustion chamber fitted with the outlet, the fuel supply assembly of the combustion chamber, the fuel ignition chamber, the evaporation chamber, interconnected through the outlet with the combustion chamber according to the invention the fuel supply assembly comprises the hydrogen supply assembly and the oxygen or air supply assembly, the evaporation chamber is implemented as a tank closed from above, implemented with a possibility of filling of its lower part with the water containing medium, while in the evaporation chamber at least one by-pass pipe opened from two end sections is installed, one end section of which is interconnected with the combustion chamber outlet, and another end section is installed in the tank in such a way that it is embedded with reference to the surface of the water containing medium filling the tank.
EFFECT: simplifying the method's implementation and the device design.
