SUBSTANCE: invention relates to device intended for cleaning various materials of oil products and may be used for cleaning soils, sorption materials etc., and processing of liquid and pasty oil sludges to produce useful products. Proposed device comprises material loading and unloading appliances, contaminated material thermal treatment unit with reaction zone and refrigerator-condenser. Thermal treatment unit is made up of cylindrical container accommodating mixer and material unloader that incorporates shaft with spiral tape secured thereon with the help of posts. Note here that between container walls and tape makes 5 to 10 mm. Tightly closing opening is arranged at the container face wall bottom. Heater with heating jacket, flue duct and heat isolation are arranged outside container.
EFFECT: higher degree of oil product extraction, no residual oil products in treated material, reduced power consumption, easier unloading.
