SUBSTANCE: invention refers to chemical-pharmaceutical industry, particularly to a method for preparing Chlorophyllipt used as an antibacterial agent. The method for preparing Chlorophyllipt of eucalyptus leaves involving grinding of the leaves, ethanol extraction, separation of solid and liquid phases, evaporation of the ethanolic extract, processing of a still residue with a bluestone solution and an organic solvent, water flushing of the prepared extract, evaporation and removal of the residue organic solvent, with the still residue processed by the aqueous bluestone solution, and the organic solvent is chloroform; the mixed still residue and aqueous bluestone solution is cooled to room temperature, then chloroform is supplied thereto, mixed and kept to phase immiscibility; the phases are separated, and the aqueous phase is extracted at least four times in chloroform in stirring; all chloroform extracts are mixed, water flushed once, and thereafter processed with the aqueous bluestone solution and then water flushed, evaporated to a dense condition, and residue chloroform is separated by adding ethanol; the prepared alcohol concentrate is evaporated additionally in vacuum to remove ethanol completely.

EFFECT: method allows higher yield of an end product exit of a consistent quality.
